Key Stats

More than 15 bowlers have taken four wickets or more in a T20I innings in 2025. Apart from this, Jacob Duffy of New Zealand, Waqas Barkat of Hong Kong, Sherman Vaz of Portugal, Sai Sarthak of Bahrain, Mohammed Irshad of Qatar, Craig Young of Ireland, and Ruben Trumpelmann of Namibia have all taken a four-wicket haul in the shortest format this year.

Only three players have registered a T20I fifer in 2025. They are New Zealand’s James Neesham, India’s Varun Chakaravarthy, and Hungary’s Muhammad Saqlain.

Varun’s heroic numbers in the England T20I series, earlier this year, has earned him a place in the list of bowlers with the most wickets in a bilateral T20I series.

Neesham’s 5/22 against Pakistan at Wellington ranks as the best among T20I figures in the calendar year.

Deepak Rawat of Costa Rica finds himself on the top 10 best bowling figures list twice. He took 4/3 and 4/9 against the Falkland Islands at Guacima just a few days apart. Apart from him, only Jacob Duffy of New Zealand has taken more than 1 T20I four-wicket haul in 2025.

Find out here about the champion bowler who is the only one to have taken ten four-wicket hauls in T20I cricket.

Rizwan Butt of Bahrain leads the 2025 T20I wicket-taking charts scalping 21 wicket but hasn’t picked a four-wicket yet in the year.
