Australian Cricket Players’ Salary List 2023-24

Australia is a premier cricketing nation with a long history of producing talented players.

Cricket Australia is the governing organisation of the Australian national cricket team, and they pay their players a large sum of money each year. They also inked yearly contracts with all of the players.

Australian Cricket Players Salaries 2023 (CA National Contracts)

The 12-month deal for the Australian player begins in March and finishes in February. Cricket Australia has 24 players on its contract list.

A total of 24 players have been handed core contracts, an increase from the 20 contracts awarded last year. Based on the number of games they play, players can be upgraded to a contract.

A Test match is worth five points; an ODI is worth two points; and a T20I is worth one point. If a player who was not on the original contractual list earns 12 points, he might be elevated to the list.

Match Fees for Australian Cricket Players

An Australian cricketer who makes the Test squad gets $20,000 in match fees. Cricketers in the ODI and T20I squads receive match fees of $15,000 and $10,000, respectively.

The Australian cricketers also generate revenue from various sources, such as brand promotions, franchise cricket leagues, and advertisements.

This list contains no major shocks, and it includes all of Australia’s finest cricketers.

Steve Smith, David Warner, Mitchell Starc, and Pat Cummins have all been key members of the test team for some time now, and they have certainly been rewarded for their efforts.
