63: Saeed Anwar has the highest average in ICC tournaments among the batters with 1000-plus runs. The former Pakistani batter accumulated 1204 runs in 25 innings at an average of 63.36 while opening the batting. Viv Richards is the other batter with an average above 63.

50: Apart from Anwar, five more openers average above 50. Three of them are Indians – Sourav Ganguly (58.23), Sachin Tendulkar (54.22), and Shikhar Dhawan (50.46) – while Herschelle Gibbs (55.00) and Matthew Hayden (54.14) are the other two openers.

1: Virat Kohli, who is in the top 10, has scored the most runs in all ICC events. He is one of the two batters with more than 3000 runs in these multi-nation tourneys.

25: Kohli has also remained unbeaten the most times. He has returned not out to the pavilion 25 times so far. MS Dhoni follows him with 21 not outs, while no other batter has more than 20.

70: Over 70 batters have amassed 1000 or more runs in ICC tournaments, with 63 of them averaging above 30.

150: Glenn Maxwell is the only batter with a 150-plus strike rate in ICC events. The Australian all-rounder has plundered close to 1600 runs at 152.
