Top 10: Highest Team Scores in ODI World Cup History

In this article, let’s take a look at the top 10 highest team scores in the ODI World Cup.

Key Stats:

1: India became the first country to put a mammoth total of 400 runs on the scoreboard in a World Cup match in 2007. Indian batters wreaked havoc against a weak Bermuda bowling attack.

1: Most of the 300+ team scores have come up while batting first, making it difficult to chase for teams batting second.

4: Only three teams — Australia, South Africa, and India — have amassed 4 or more 350+ scores in the 50-over tournament.

5: Full-member teams like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, and Ireland have not reached the mark of 350. Afghanistan, first featured in the 2015 edition, has yet to breach the mark of 300 runs.
