The benchmark of a winning total in T20 matches has been rising with every game we see, and Pakistan Super League, the league filled with power hitters from around the world, is of no difference to that.

A humongous total of 262 by Multan Sultans, losing just three of their wickets against Quetta Gladiators in Rawalpindi in 2023, is the highest-ever total registered by a team in PSL.

This article will further list the top ten highest team totals in PSL.

Key Stats

In the chase of the same match (top of the table), Gladiators scored a massive 253, just falling short of 9 runs from the record PSL total – the highest PSL total for a team batting second.

Thanks to Rilee Rossouw’s brilliant match-winning century knock, Multan Sultans’ successful chasing total of 244/6 against Peshawar Zalmi is the highest among the successful run chases.

Followed by Quetta Gladiators’ successful chase of Zalmi’s 240/2. Jason Roy, the best player of that match, stayed not out at 145 in the hunt, which is also the highest individual score in the league’s history.

2023 has been a batter’s tournament, as we have already seen six of the team scores this season finding a place in the league’s top ten (above).

One main reason for this is the surface provided in the venue of Rawalpindi, making it the venue with the most entrants in the above table.

At this point, Multan Sultans have three entries in the chart listed above – the highest by any team.
