Jake Fraser-McGurk has the highest strike rate in an IPL season. He struck at 234.04 in the 2024 edition for Delhi Capitals (DC). Fraser-McGurk aggregated 330 runs from 141 balls across nine innings. Except for one innings, he struck above 150 in each of the eight outings.

Fraser-McGurk’s run tally included four half-centuries, of which three came in fewer than 20 deliveries. Two of them came in exactly 15 balls, making him the fastest half-centurion for DC.

The IPL 2024 season recorded four batters with strike rates above 200, the most instances in a single edition. Apart from Fraser-McGurk, MS Dhoni (220.54), Abhishek Sharma (204.21), and Ramandeep Singh (201.61) were the other batters.
