India’s Results in Every Champions Trophy Edition

The ICC Champions Trophy is a renowned tournament in the cricketing circuit. And like other ICC tournaments, India began dominating in CT from the start.

With the first two editions being played on a knockout basis, India came close to winning the title. Then the ICC brought in the round-robin stage in 2002, with India settling as the joint winner in the same edition.

Following that, India couldn’t secure a semi-final spot for the next three editions before adding another title in 2013. It seemed India would win the 2017 edition as well, but they faced a crushing defeat in the final.

Having said that, let’s take a deep look at India’s performance in every Champions Trophy edition.
