Longest Losing Streaks and Undefeated Records
Slovenia’s Izaz Ali has lost 11 matches in a row. This is the longest losing streak by a captain in T20Is.
South Korea’s Jun Hyunwoo has a 100 per cent loss record as a skipper, facing defeat in each of his 10 matches as South Korea’s captain (minimum 10 matches as captain).
Rubagumya, Brendan Taylor (Zimbabwe), Luwsanzundui Erdenebulgan (Mongolia), and Htet Lin Aung (Myanmar) are the other skippers to concede 10 consecutive defeats in T20Is.
Captains’ Defeats by Venue and Opponent
Rubagumya is the only captain to lose more than 30 T20Is in his home country – Rwanda.
