The bowlers who are economically cheap in the IPL become the highest-rated bowlers of all time. But, so many cricketers have been economically such a miser during their IPL career, all of them haven’t been successful in bowling as many dot balls.

The IPL is not for bowlers; this was the old statement when the league started, but now a few highly courageous bowlers have overturned it. So, here are the top 10 bowlers with the most dot balls in the IPL.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar occupies the No. 1 position in the list. He has bowled more than 1700+ dot balls in his career so far. Bhuvi is also the only bowler to send down more than 1000 dot balls in the powerplay overs alone.

Over 20 bowlers have bowled 1000 or more dot balls in IPL history.

Dale Steyn has delivered the most dot balls in a single IPL season. The former South African quick fired down 211 dots in the 2013 season for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Prasidh Krishna is the only other bowler to bowl 200 dot balls in an IPL edition (2022).

Bhuvneshwar, Jasprit Bumrah, Lasith Malinga, and Dwayne Bravo have bowled more than 300 dot balls in death overs in the IPL.
