Highest Run Aggregates and Centuries in a T20I Bilateral Series

England’s Phil Salt has scored the most runs in a bilateral T20I series, accumulating 331 runs in five innings during the 2023 West Indies tour.

Salt’s run tally included two hundreds, which is the joint-most by a batter in a bilateral T20I series.

Best Strike Rate and Boundary-Hitting Records in a T20I Series

Estonia’s Sahil Chauhan has the highest strike rate in a bilateral T20I series (minimum 50 balls faced). He scored 297 runs in six innings at a strike rate of 256.03 against Cyprus in 2024.

Chauhan’s 297 runs are the most by a batter for a team in a bilateral T20I series victory.

Chauhan’s run tally included 32 sixes, the most by a batter in a bilateral series in T20Is.

Indonesia’s Dharma Kesuma struck 32 fours against Myanmar in 2024, the most by a batter in a bilateral T20I series.


Outstanding Average and Consistency Milestones in T20I Series

New Zealand’s Mark Chapman has the highest average in a bilateral T20I series (minimum two innings batted). He aggregated 290 runs at an average of 290 while remaining unbeaten four times in five innings against Pakistan in the 2023 series.

Glenn Maxwell, Virat Kohli, and Mitchell Marsh are the three players to average above 150 in two different bilateral T20I series.

Mohammad Rizwan faced 228 deliveries in the 2022 T20I series against England, the most by a batter in a bilateral T20 series, irrespective of the number of matches played.

Rizwan hit four fifty-plus scores in the above series, the joint-most by a batter, along with Japan’s Sabaorish Ravichandran, who also struck four against Mongolia in 2024.
