The Indian opener struck 31 fifty-plus scores, the most by a batter in winning causes in T20Is.
Australia’s Glenn Maxwell has smashed the most centuries in T20I wins, with five of his hundreds leading Australia to a win.
Australia’s Aaron Finch has smashed the highest individual score in a winning cause in T20Is. He scored 172 from 76 balls, helping Australia post 229 for 2, which Zimbabwe couldn’t chase in the 2018 tri-series in Harare. Finch’s 172 is also the highest individual score in all T20Is.
Rohit has hit the most sixes in T20I victories, hammering 164 maximums in 104 innings.
Pakistan’s Babar Azam, meanwhile, is the only batter to strike more than 300 fours in winning causes in T20Is.
Mohammad Rizwan (Pakistan) and Virat Kohli (India) are the two batters with an average above 50 in winning T20Is (minimum 50 innings).
India’s Suryakumar Yadav is the only batter with a strike rate above 170 in winning causes in T20Is (minimum 1000 balls faced).
Rohit, Babar, and Kohli have faced 2000 or more deliveries in winning matches in T20Is.
Rohit has also featured in the most wins among all players, having been part of India’s 109 victories in T20Is.
Virandeep Singh, Syed Aziz (both from Malaysia), Martin Guptill (New Zealand), Babar, and Rohit have aggregated 1000-plus runs at home in T20I victories.
Rohit is the only batter to score more than 2000 runs in away-from-home T20I wins.
Kohli (vs Australia), Babar (vs New Zealand), and Rohit (vs West Indies) have scored 500-plus runs in winning causes against a team in T20Is.
Austria’s Karanbir Singh has scored the most runs in T20I wins in a calendar year. He aggregated 1200 runs in 26 victories for Austria in 2025. Overall, Karanbir scored 1488 runs in 2025, the most by a batter in a year in T20Is.
