Pakistan’s batter, Saud Shakeel, scored the first double-century of the WTC 2023-25 cycle. He smashed an unbeaten 208 against Sri Lanka at Galle International Stadium.

Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 171 runs in his debut Test match against the West Indies in Dominica. And this knock occupies the third position on the list of highest individual scores by an Indian on Test debut.

Jaiswal ended the WTC cycle as the only player with two 200+ scores in this cycle. He also has another 150+ score this season against & in Australia.

Harry Brook, the first triple centurion for England since 1990 tops the list with the only triple hundred of this WTC cycle.

Joe Root scored 262 against Pakistan in the same match where Brook registered his 300.

Ryan Rickelton became the 7th player to score a double century on Test debut and holds the highest individual score of this WTC cycle at a home venue.
