Virat Kohli has registered the most Test match wins as the Indian captain in SENA countries. He led India to seven wins across England, Australia, and South Africa.
MS Dhoni is the other Indian skipper to win a Test in at least three of those four countries. He won a Test each in England, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi was the first captain from India to win a Test series in one of the SENA countries. He guided India to a 3-1 series win in New Zealand in 1968. MSD is the other skipper to lead India to a series triumph in New Zealand (1-0 in 2009).
Ajit Wadekar was the first Indian skipper to win a Test series in England. After two drawn Tests at Lord’s and Manchester, he guided India to a win at the Oval to claim the 1971 series 1-0.
