5: Tendulkar smashed 5 away centuries each in Bangladesh, South Africa, and Sri Lanka.

3: The South African allrounder Jacques Kallis scored 3 away centuries each in Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, the West Indies, and Zimbabwe.

In January 1993, Lara, the West Indies Legend batter, smashed his maiden century against Australia in Sydney. Later, he went on to convert that century into a double century, amassing 277 off 372 balls.

However, the highest score for a visiting batsman in Test cricket is scored by Wiaan Mulder against Zimbabwe. The South African scored an unbeaten match-winning 367 in that Test match.

While in July 2003, Smith scored 277 off 373 deliveries while opening the innings against England in Birmingham.

7: India’s legendary batsman Sunil Gavaskar hit 7 hundreds in the West Indies against a deadly Windies bowling attack. And it’s fair to say that the West Indies was his favourite destination to play in, as he scored 1404 runs at an average of 70.20.
