Virat Kohli is the only batter to score 3000-plus runs in away chases in ODIs.
Kohli is the only batter with more than 10 centuries in run chases in away ODIs. Remarkably, he is also the only one with 10-plus centuries in successful chases away from home. He is also the only batter to have 20+ centuries in successful ODI run chases home and away.
Kohli is also the lone batter to aggregate 2000-plus runs in successful chases in away ODIs. And he is just behind Sachin Tendulkar in overall ODI run chase aggregates.
David Warner has scored the most runs in a calendar year in away ODI chases, amassing 548 runs at an average of 54.80 in 11 innings in 2016.
Shikhar Dhawan’s 1799 runs are the most by an opener in away ODI chases.

Note: Glenn Maxwell’s double century in the successful run chase against Afghanistan in ODI World Cup 2023 comes in a neutral venue. However that is the highest individual score by any batter in any successful ODI chase. It also came away from home for Maxi.
