7/30: Muralitharan has also registered the best bowling figures. He took seven wickets while conceding 30 runs in a 2000 ODI in Sharjah. These are also the eighth-best figures in all ODIs. Aaqib Javed is the other bowler with a seven-wicket haul (7/37 in 1991), against India including a hattrick at the same venue.
31: Out of his 43 scalps against India, Mitchell Johnson picked up 31 in India. This is the most ODI wickets by a bowler against India in India. Johnson took those many wickets in 19 outings at an average of 27.67.
