Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are one of the seven teams to win the IPL at least once. Their title triumph came back in 2016.

- Total Titles: 1 (2016). They famously won the trophy by defeating RCB in a high-scoring final at Bengaluru.

SRH have had 10 captains thus far, seven of them being overseas skippers. Among them, David Warner led them to the most victories, with 35 wins to his name. Warner was also at the helm when Hyderabad won the title in 2016.
