A batter’s success in ODIs is defined by the number of runs they score and the centuries they smash. This is especially true for a country like India, where there is much competition for each position. If one plays for the Indian team, they are expected to deliver consistently.
Till now, a total of 247 players have played at least 1 ODI inning for India, and 241 of them have scored at least a run. Of these batters, only 44 have struck an ODI century for India. So there are a sizable number of players who didn’t open their account when it comes to ODI centuries for India.
While this includes bowlers, who are primarily not expected to score centuries, especially in this format, others don’t necessarily get as many deliveries to strike a century despite having batting capability.
Here in this article, we will talk about the Indian players who have scored the most ODI runs without scoring a century.
