264: This is the highest individual score by a batter while batting at home in ODIs. India’s prolific batter Rohit Sharma hammered the Sri Lankan bowlers at Eden Gardens, Kolkata, in 2014, scoring 264 runs off 173 deliveries.

India’s former keeper-captain, MS Dhoni, is the other batter who has scored more than 4000 runs in ODIs at home. Dhoni amassed 4351 runs in 113 innings at an impressive average of 53.71.
