Virat Kohli has scored the most runs in T20 World Cup history. The Indian batter amassed 1292 runs in 33 innings.

Kohli’s average of 58.72 is the highest in T20 World Cup for any batsmen with more than 300 runs in the tournament.

Eleven centuries have been scored in the tournament, with Chris Gayle being the only batter to smash two. 15 fifties by Virat are also the most by any player in the tournament history.

David Warner leads the list for most runs while chasing in T20 World Cups. He accrued 637 runs in 26 innings.

The top run-scorer, Kohli, has also faced the most number of balls in the T20 World Cup. He is the only batter to play 1000 balls in the tournament’s history.

Rohit Sharma has smashed the most fours and sixes in T20 World Cup history. He hammered 115 boundaries and 50 maximums in 44 outings.
